From last.fm:

The Saps got off to a hot start in 1999, playing some of their first shows to a great response at local venues like the Lounge Ax and Double Door. Original members Dan Lastick and Dan Menoni (The Dans) spent the next few years going through a progression of crash and burn rhythm sections, until 2001 brought the addition of Brett Whitacre on drums, veteran of the Chicago scene (36 Invisibles, Galactic Inmate, Warm Ones) and take-charge drummer. The Evening Rig is a Minneapolis rock band established in 2006 by singer/guitarist Jason Miller (ex-The Crush), drummer Becky Hanten (ex-Cardinal Sin, Cadillac Blindside) and bassist Jake Jarpey. Their first show was opening up for Lucero at a sold out Triple Rock Social Club in Minneapolis in Spring of '06. Shortly after, lead guitarist Josh Lynch joined the band, completing the lineup. The Evening Rig's debut CD "Never Been'er" will be released on the Minneapolis based Heart of a Champion label in October 2007. The Evening Rig on Last.fm.
