Seawhores have been active since 1996 with 15 albums, some on different labels with various locations around the country, some limited run presses on our own Here Than Anywhere label. We've taken an approach with music that has enabled us to work with many different musicians and subsequently, given us the ability to keep interested in the on going progress of keeping things fun. They began as a side-project of Building Better Bombs, which is why all members of BBB are also in Marijuana Deathsquads. Their live shows, as well as studio recordings, feature multiple colaborations with outsourced musicians. NEW RELEASE: We Built a Fortress on Short Notice CD/LP street date tues, nov 6th, 2012 self-evident are signed to US label, doubleplusgood as well as Stiff Slack Records in Japan. In the time since their last release (2009’s Endings), Minneapolis trio Self-Evident have been busy touring. They spent a month playing shows throughout Europe, in addition to several US tours.
