Members Christy Hunt (Von Bondies, Ouija Radio) Arzu Gokcen (Selby Tigers), Jacques Wait (Twilight Hours, Iguano, Magnatone), Charles Gehr (Seawhores, Marijuana Deathsquads, Ouija Radio, Jazz Man's Needle, Mid Carson July) formed in January 2010. With no products available to the public at the time, this band became a regional interest due to live performances and song writing alone. Their eponymous debut album was released July 5, 2011. There are at least two bands called Gloss. 1) Gloss were a Liverpool-based indie-pop band that released one album in 2001. The group's multi-national line-up included Paul Cavanagh (guitar), Martin Lynch (bass), Paul Maguire (drums), Jonas Theis (keyboards) and Heidrun Anna (vocals). They wrote and recorded songs that are timeless pop - rich in melody and drawn from influences such as The Beach Boys, Burt Bacharach, Television, Stereolab, Barry White, Carole King, Blondie, Françoise Hardy, Air and Madonna.
