Rogue Valley is a new band led by Chris Koza, with Peter Sieve, Luke Anderson, and Linnea Mohn. Already a prolific songwriter and performer, Koza envisioned a grandiose concept project: write and record four full-length albums, and release each one in consecutive seasons beginning in the spring of 2010. Working with his longtime musical comrades, the Spring album, “Crater Lake,” is being released on April 10th at a unique show at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, MN. Charles Andrew Bothwell (born December 13, 1981), better known by his stage name Astronautalis, is an American alternative hip hop artist currently based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After gaining some recognition in local circles in Jacksonville, Florida and competing at Scribble Jam, Astronautalis self-released his debut album, You and Yer Good Ideas, in 2003. He eventually signed with Fighting Records and the record was re-released in 2005, followed by his second album, The Mighty Ocean and Nine Dark Theaters, in 2006. Me And My Arrow formed in 2007 as a collective made up of producers and musicians from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, all of whom currently, or previously hail from other know Minneapolis bands such as It From Bit, Parts For All Makes, The Future, and Plastic Chord to name a few. In their short period as a band, they've shared the stage with national acts such as The Appleseed Cast, Film School, The Mae Shi, Jupiter One, Sera Cahoone (Sub Pop) and many more.
