Phantom Tails formed in early 2009. In fact, the band never really formed so much as it emerged as part of a natural progression. Me And My Arrow formed in 2007 as a collective made up of producers and musicians from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, all of whom currently, or previously hail from other know Minneapolis bands such as It From Bit, Parts For All Makes, The Future, and Plastic Chord to name a few.
