Spoon is an American band from Austin, Texas. The band was formed in late 1993 by lead singer/guitarist Britt Daniel and drummer Jim Eno. Current members also include: Eric Harvey (keyboard, guitar, percussion, backing vocals) and Rob Pope (bass, backing vocals - replaced Joshua Zarbo in 2007). After releasing their debut LP Telephono on Matador Records, the band signed with Elektra in 1998, but the contract was dropped soon after the band released A Series of Sneaks. Grace Potter and the Nocturnals is an American rock band formed in 2004 in Waitsfield, Vermont. Featuring lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Grace Potter, the band's original blend of roots, , , and conjures up a nostalgic sound from the sixties and early seventies. Their debut album, Nothing But The Water, was released in 2005, as was Live Oh Five. Their 2010 self-titled Grace Potter and the Nocturnals was followed by The Lion The Beast The Beat in 2012. Rogue Valley is a new band led by Chris Koza, with Peter Sieve, Luke Anderson, and Linnea Mohn. Already a prolific songwriter and performer, Koza envisioned a grandiose concept project: write and record four full-length albums, and release each one in consecutive seasons beginning in the spring of 2010. Working with his longtime musical comrades, the Spring album, “Crater Lake,” is being released on April 10th at a unique show at the Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, MN.
