Remember when passion and urgency were the most important elements in Rock music? Capital Sons does. ''We aren't afraid to wear our hearts on our sleeve,'' declares Karl Obermeyer, Capital Sons' lead singer and songwriter, formerly of The Bottlehouse and Tremorphlo. Together with longtime Minneapolis-veteran guitarist Gary V, bassist Keefe Russell and drummer Jesse Thomas, Capital Sons creates a guitar-driven rock sound that is both fresh and yet recognizable.
