Land of Talk was an indie rock band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, formed in 2006. The band's final line-up consisted of Elizabeth Powell (guitar/vocals), Joe Yarmush (bass), and Andrew Barr (drums). Land of Talk's debut EP, Applause Cheer Boo Hiss, was released in April 2006, and featured Chris McCarron on bass and Bucky Wheaton on drums. Wheaton left the band in May 2007 and was replaced by Eric Thibodeau. Thibodeau left in early 2008, and was replaced by Andrew Barr (of The Slip). Read more on Last.fm

Eulogies is an indie rock band which formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 2007. They consist of Peter Walker (vocals, guitars), Drew Phillips (guitar), Garrett Deloian (bass) and Chris Reynolds (drums). Storytelling is a universal human instinct. Biographies of the recently deceased are the saddest form of storytelling that most people will ever know. People are remarkably good at it. Even those prone to shyness or believing themselves mealy-mouthed find they can get their lips to move well enough to describe a few snapshots from the life of the dead.
