City on the Make
From Minneapolis
First show since since March 6, 2010 • First Fine Line show since January 26, 2007 • First show supporting a touring headliner since November 9, 2007 • 39th show on MN Live's calendar since December 30, 2005
From last.fm:
City on the Make is a band from South Minneapolis, Minnesota comprised of childhood friends Mischa Keegan (guitar, vocals), Mike Massey (vocals), Stephen Rowe (bass, vocals), and Colin Stumbras (drums). Making music together for years, the band City on the Make emerged onto the Minneapolis scene in 2004. Purists may disagree (or give a resounding cheer, depending), but City on the Make is a "blues" band in the truest sense - raw soul channeled through musicians by way of their hands, voices, and messages of a hard-lived working-class world.
