Maylene and the Sons of Disaster is a southern rock/metal band. They formed in 2004 in Birmingham, Alabama and began touring the southern United States. In 2005, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster signed to Mono vs. Stereo and released their self-titled debut, Maylene and the Sons of Disaster. Maylene and the Sons of Disaster's II was released on Ferret Records nationwide on March 20, 2007. Maylene's third album, III, was released on June 23, 2009. Attack Attack! were an American metalcore band from Westerville, Ohio, formed in 2005. Attack Attack!'s first release, an independent EP titled If Guns Are Outlawed, Can We Use Swords?, was released in 2008, which led to the signing of the band to Rise Records the same year. They then released their two full-length albums, Someday Came Suddenly and a self-titled album (Attack Attack!) both through Rise.
