Imagine stepping inside a new wave, discotheque arcade, where the boombox shocks, the disco ball drops, and the kick drum keeps the time. If “past is prologue” and the future is in bionics, SO IT GOES is now and tomorrow. This past September 2006, SO IT GOES released its first full-length record – HISTORIONICS – on its independent label Now Here This Records. The tracks were produced and recorded at Flowers Studio in Minneapolis. All the Pretty Horses is a dark glam/metal band based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and fronted by transgendered lead singer Venus de Mars. The band has seen a varying lineup over its long history, perhaps most notably with fellow transgendered bandmates Tempest and Jendeen. The band briefly disbanded in 2006 so that each member could follow separate musical career paths. Venus De Mars pursued a solo career, releasing one album, Trashed and Broken Hearted.
