There are multiple artists who go by the name Valet. 1) Valet is Portland, Oregon musician Honey Owens. Owens played a key role in the development of the electronic group Nudge and music collective Jackie-O Motherfucker, blessing both groups with her singularly haunting voice, instrumentation, and aesthetic approach. Valet's debut, 'Blood Is Clean' was originally released as a limited edition CDr in 2006 by Yarnlazer (the label Owens co-runs with White Rainbow's Adam Forkner). The Magic Castles are a psychedelic rock band which formed in 2006 in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. The band is the musical project of songwriter Jason Edmonds. The band has released three albums, "The Lore of Mysticore" (2008), "Dreams of Dreams of Dreams" (2009) and "Songs of the Forest" (2009) all of which are out of print. Anton Newcombe of the Brian Jonestown Massacre signed the band to his imprint "A" Records in 2011 and their eponymous fourth record (a collection of previously released tunes) was released in 2012.
