Me And My Arrow formed in 2007 as a collective made up of producers and musicians from the Minneapolis / St. Paul area, all of whom currently, or previously hail from other know Minneapolis bands such as It From Bit, Parts For All Makes, The Future, and Plastic Chord to name a few. In their short period as a band, they've shared the stage with national acts such as The Appleseed Cast, Film School, The Mae Shi, Jupiter One, Sera Cahoone (Sub Pop) and many more. Chris Bathgate (born April 21, 1982, in Pecatonica, IL) is an American indie folk singer-songwriter and musician. He is prominent in the Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti folk music scene in Michigan. In 2007, Bathgate signed to Quite Scientific Records, on which he released "A Cork Tale Wake" in 2007 and "Salt Year" in 2011.
