From last.fm:

The Half Hearts have been described as a mix between Fleetwood Mac and The Pixies. Originally from Duluth, MN - this indie pop quartet combines elements of progressive rock, surf, grunge, cabaret, and neo-classical arrangements. Each member has a unique style – the Vintage Queen, Twee, Mountain Man, and Meta-Nerd. You wouldn't think this line-up would work, but it comes together like a classic cheese-wine-fruit pairing. http://first-avenue.com/performer/half-hearts Read more about The Half Hearts on Last.fm.

From last.fm:

Dragons Power Up! is a rock group from St. Paul, Minnesota, formed in 2005 by multi-instrumentalists Mike Coyne, Dan Ries, Mike Ries, and Chris Tures. In 2011, Coyne left DPU! and the music world under amicable circumstances, at which point longtime producer/friend Spencer Wirth-Davis (Big Cats!) offered his services as full-time bassist/collaborator/member. Each member drawing from his own corner of musical influences, their sound marries loose, noisy guitars with tightly-wound rhythm section and vocals atypical of today's indie rock landscape.
