Dark Time Sunshine
From Chicago, Illinois
First Twin Cities show on MN Live's calendar
From last.fm:
Dark Time Sunshine is comprised of Onry Ozzborn of Grayskul (Rhymesayers) and producer Zavala. Onry and Zavala first met and collaborated while working on mutual friend and rap artist Sleep's Hesitation Wounds in 2009 (Strange Famous Records). After this session the two continued their collaborative efforts and began amassing a collection of songs, melding Onry's debonair persona and wordplay with Zavala's strikingly innovative production to create Dark Time Sunshine's signature sound. Ceschi
From New Haven, Connecticut
First Twin Cities show on MN Live's calendar
From last.fm:
Ceschi (pronounced Chess-key) Ramos has been in a lot of bands. There’s the experimental post-psych-rock-hop-jazz-fusion outfit Anonymous Inc.started in the mid 1990s with his brother David, the genre-defying latin progressive group Toca which collaborated with everyone from Busdriver to Aceyalone, Hardcore Metal band Dead By Wednesday, the lo-fi synth pop group with Blue Sky Black Death called Deadpan Darling, the Crunk-rap crew Knuck Feast and many more that he may or may not own up to. But most of us know Ceschi Ramos best as a one man band. Read more about Ceschi on Last.fm.
Ecid
From Minnesota
First Twin Cities show since since March 5, 2010 • 10th Twin Cities show on MN Live's calendar since February 9, 2007
From last.fm:
Ecid is a kamikaze visionary: an artist with an all or nothing approach to every aspect of his art and life. Ambitious almost to a fault with an “us against them” DIY mentality, Ecid has self-booked, self released, and self-made his own movement. Ecid doesn’t try to sell you on any one way of life, he only sells you on the idea that you can live however you want. A Minneapolis native and a participant in the Twin Cities hip hop scene since 2003. Read more about ECID on Last.fm.

Sole And The Skyrider Band
First Twin Cities show since since February 23, 2008 • First Triple Rock show
From last.fm:
Sole and the Skyrider Band formed in Flagstaff, AZ, the summer of 2006. Sole, founder and former member of anticon records, a pioneer of the indie/alternative hip hop movement, teamed up with the Orlando psychedelic trio to explore the idea of a post-rock experimental hip-hop aesthetic. From '07- '09, the band toured the globe relentlessly, sharing the stage with bands from all genres of music. In 2008, Skyrider relocated to Los Angeles, where their post-rock sound became informed by its proximity to what would later become the "LA Beat" scene.
