There are at least 2 artists called Bambu. 1) A hip hop singer from LA 2) An alternative rock band from Serbia 1) One of the two emcess of the group, Native Guns, Bambu, originally from the Watts community of Los Angeles, released his debut album, Self Untitled, in 2002, as well as the ".38 revolver mixtape" in 2005. Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, 21-year-old MC Grynch first discovered Hip-Hop in elementary school when a classmate let him borrow a tape of Dr. Dre's classic, The Chronic. From that point on, it was a wrap as he became completely immersed in Hip-Hop music and culture, listening to and studying everything from Snoop Doggy Dogg's Doggystyle to Mobb Deep's The Infamous.
