A couple hours away from Chicago you will find one of Americas finest post-dream pop bands; They are Milwaukee's brilliant band Brief Candles is comprised of Jenn Dixon and Kevin Dixon (Guitars/Vox), Drew Calvetti (bass), and Jake Bohannan (drums) known for making loud blissrock with slowly unfolding compositions. Reviving and trandescending influential bands of a long lost genre, Brief candles has been making dreamy blissrock for almost 10 years. In 2010, They plan on releasing their 3rd full length record.
