Caitlyn Smith is an American singer-songwriter and musician. She was raised in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Smith's first independent record, Learning to Be, was released in 2001 when she was just 15 years old. Soon after releasing this record, Smith started working on her sophomore album, Silence; which released in 2003. While both Learning to Be and Silence show off Smith's pop/rock style, her third album, (produced by Matt Patrick and Don Chaffer) reached deeper for a more earthy, organic vibe. Joel Hanson was the lead singer and guitarist for Christian rock band PFR, (Pray for Rain). After the breakup of the band, he went on to a solo career with the albums Captured and Broken. Joel is a songwriter who has collaborated with several artists across the music industry, including Sara Groves, Geoff Moore, and Phil Keaggy.
