From last.fm:

While most bands are fleeing their homes for the coastal cities of New York and Los Angeles, Farewell Milwaukee is embracing the role that their Midwestern towns have played in shaping them artistically. Audiences are drawn to their Americana style, authentic lyrics, as well as the bond they have at live shows. Once scattered across the Midwest, the band now calls the twin cities home. Formed in Minneapolis in 2008, Farewell Milwaukee is looking forward to sharing their music and love for their roots. Read more about Farewell Milwaukee on Last.fm.

From last.fm:

The Small Cities formed in 2007 in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. The band began as a three- piece (Leif, David, and Jimmy), but quickly saw the need to bring others into the fold. They released their self-titled EP in 2008, which cracked the CMJ top 200 and saw the band opening for the likes of The Besnard Lakes and Ladyhawk. Since the release of the EP, they made some new friends, bought new amps, and turned them up. Read more about The Small Cities on Last.fm.
