From last.fm:

Kill the Vultures don't just make hip-hop. They make junk hop: insulated, spare and stripped down sounds from the rust belt. Willfully restrained, raw and uncooked, Kill the Vultures is a masterful exercise in excision and reduction. Shedding the skin of their previous outing as Oddjobs, MCs Advizer (Adam Waytz), Crescent Moon (Alexei Casselle) and Nomi (Mario De Mira) push hip-hop in a new direction through the tunnel vision and bare-bones production of Anatomy (Stephen Lewis). From last.fm:

Mike Mictlan (pronounced meek-lawn) originally hails from Los Angeles, where he began rapping at an early age. By ten he had already decided that it was all he ever wanted to do with his life, and he's stuck to that path through all of the ups and downs. In the mid-nineties Mike spent a year with family in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during which time he befriended several future Doomtree crew members, among them P.O.S, who credits Mictlan with teaching him how to rap.
