There are at least two bands called Gloss. 1) Gloss were a Liverpool-based indie-pop band that released one album in 2001. The group's multi-national line-up included Paul Cavanagh (guitar), Martin Lynch (bass), Paul Maguire (drums), Jonas Theis (keyboards) and Heidrun Anna (vocals). They wrote and recorded songs that are timeless pop - rich in melody and drawn from influences such as The Beach Boys, Burt Bacharach, Television, Stereolab, Barry White, Carole King, Blondie, Françoise Hardy, Air and Madonna. Annalibera is a fresh music act based in Des Moines, Iowa. The trio consists of Anna Gebhardt - keys and vocals, Ryan Stier - guitar and vocals, and Phil Young - bass. Gebhardt studied clasical music and she has a background in opera. She took those skills and channeled them via PJ Harvey and Kate Bush. She once said in an interview, "I just want to make interesting, layered music." Their first full-length recording "Nevermind I Love You" was released March 24, 2015. Read more on Last.fm
