From last.fm:

The Soviettes were a four-person stripped down and straight up punk band from Minneapolis, Minnesota, founded in 2001. The group was composed of Annie (guitar), Sturgeon (guitar), Susy (bass guitar), and the sole male in the band, Danny (drums), all of whom switched off singing duties. They named the band "The Soviettes" when Annie was serving coffee in a previous job; one of her customers suggested "Your band should be called The Soviettes". From last.fm:

Toys That Kill formed in San Pedro, CA from a previous incarnation known as F.Y.P (1989-1999). Just after the release of their last album entitled, strangely enough, Toys That Kill, Todd C., SEAN C. and some new guys (Chachi and Jimmy) started the new band. Although the music varies greatly from F.Y.P to Toys That Kill both bands have been influential in the DIY punk scene since the late 80's. Toys That Kill on Last.fm.

From last.fm:

The Arrivals are a four piece from Blue Island, Illinois, Southside of Chicago. They write songs about everything and nothing, sometimes all at once. They sound like Mission of Burma trying to write Kinks songs, though most people have their own f-ed up description that may be just as valid. They've toured with Dillinger Four(with whom they now share a bass player), The Soviettes, Toys That Kill, Rise Against, Tiltwheel, Vena Cava, Grabass Charlestons, and The Lawrence Arms.
