From last.fm:

Bad Bad Hats is the musical project of Kerry Alexander and Chris Hoge. Based out of Minneapolis, they make music with soaring harmonies, cutesy backing vocals, whistling, and stomping drum beats. You might even hear a kazoo or two. Perfect tunes for sunny, floral days.
