Raised in the brutal streets during the gang and government funded crack epidemic, he strived for understanding and deeper meaning to life's movement. His father, once a member of the Solidad Brothers, taught and exposed him to the underbelly of society. The core of the band remains a trio, although guest appearances include Casey O'Brien and Kristoff Krane of Abzorbr. Performing at an early age she was guided musically by her mother, Jamecia Bennet (actress and solo artist), and her grandmother, Ann Nesby (lead singer of the Sounds of Blackness). 2003, Bennett attended Edina High School where she played Dorothy in the school’s production of, “The Wiz”.
