From last.fm:

Jackie Beckey, Crystal Brinkman & Crystal Myslajek are Brute Heart, from Minneapolis. Brute Heart formed in 2007 after Myslajek and Beckey, who were next-door neighbors, joined musical forces while both working on the BareBones Puppet Theater’s annual show in Hidden Falls Park. Beckey was directing the music and Myslajek was in the band. Driving to a catering job at a flower farm in Wisconsin, Myslajek mentioned to Brinkman, who was her co-worker, that she and Beckey were looking for a drummer. Father You See Queen

From Minneapolis

First show since since October 20, 2012 • First Turf Club show since June 9, 2011 • 11th show on MN Live's calendar since May 31, 2011

From last.fm:

Father You See Queen is a new collaborative effort between To Kill a Petty Bourgeoisie's Mark McGee and vocal/haiku experimenter Mona. "Edmund" features Mona's sultry vocals over McGee's subtle drumming, guitar distortion, and electronic noise. It has a cold, remote sound that also manages simultaneously to sound sensually melancholy due to Mona's lovely, intimate alto. John Behm Reviler May 3, 2011 FSS will be releasing the debut CD EP, 47, in a limited edition of box sets on April 23, 2012. Read more about Father You See Queen on Last.fm.
