Kitten Forever is a punk band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They're influenced by feminism, baby animals, getting laid, eating cake, platonic cuddling, and free clothes. Kitten Forever, (Laura/bass, Corrie/drums, and Liz/vocals), formed in June of 2006 and made the bold move to live together, along with two others, in October 2006. Since then, they have released their tape SISSY PARTY, as well as two EP's, their full length BORN READY, and a 7' out on UF Records entitled MAGICAL REALISM. Jackie Beckey, Crystal Brinkman & Crystal Myslajek are Brute Heart, from Minneapolis. Brute Heart formed in 2007 after Myslajek and Beckey, who were next-door neighbors, joined musical forces while both working on the BareBones Puppet Theater’s annual show in Hidden Falls Park. Beckey was directing the music and Myslajek was in the band. Driving to a catering job at a flower farm in Wisconsin, Myslajek mentioned to Brinkman, who was her co-worker, that she and Beckey were looking for a drummer. Read more about Brute Heart on Last.fm.
