For roughly a decade Imaginary Johnny has existed in several shapes and sizes. The project has gone from songwriter Stuart Wolferman’s bedroom-recording solo project of the fist album, The Upside of the Downside, to the darker and more collaborative sound of 2008’s Only Chimneys and 2011’s Dig.
